Bristol-dwelling genius PJ Harvey is back once again. Of yes. The acclaimed singer/songwriter releases a new single 'When Under Ether' on 17th September on Island. Polly then follows ups with an album 'White Chalk' on the 24th.
'When Under Ether' will be released on download and vinyl 7”. The b-side is the previously unreleased and unavailable track 'Wait' - one of the first songs ever recorded by Harvey, back in 1988.
The West Country girl plays a homecoming gig at Bristol Colston Hall on the 24th of September. Well, some people would call it a homecoming. Others might be as unkind as to suggest it's actually a warm up for her Royal Festival Hall gig on the 29th in that London.
