Note the time of posting: this is no April Fool.
Kimmo Pohjonen plans to come to the UK and create beautiful music with his accordion, and voice, and surround sound effects incorporating the everyday workings of farm machinery, (with farmers 'playing' them), including milking machines, threshers, tractors etc.
When asked if he'd get cheesemaking 'musician' Alex James to 'play' his bass guitar, Kimmo Pohjonen said "Kerippekkkalla nikkeddaa!!!" which we understand means 'no'.
Earch farm he plays has its own story to tell.
The farms are in Nowton, Cocking(!?), Barnstaple and North Aston. Tickets are generally around a tenner and there's more info here.
