DMX HAS BEEN ARRESTED AGAIN!

Damn those hip-hop police is thorough!

X got collared for the fifth time in three months on Saturday (July 18th) "on suspicion of giving a false name and Social Security number to local hospital to avoid paying medical expenses" according to the AP. Dunno what dude was doing at the clinic, but it seems he didn't want to pay the  $7,500 bill, as he is accused of giving the Mayo Clinic a fake name - Troy Smith - rather than his famous government name, Earl Simmons.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, already investigating DMX for a previous animal cruelty charge, said no bail had been set in the case yet.
