Playlouder - Music is the Network

Morrissey is the quintessential pop-star-who-became-a-pop-star-because-he-couldn't-write-a-novel. See also most of Belle and Sebastian, Nick Cave (okay, he did one later), Shane MacGowan and... well, most of my favourite pop stars. 

Morrissey can't play an instrument or sing either, but he didn't let that stop him.

Anyway, now, apparently, he's going to write an autobiography to "set the record straight, and things like that."

My bet is:

1. It's shite
2. He doesn't admit he's gay
3. He uses it primarily to attack those who have crossed him
4. It has as much literary value as Jordan's next book
5. It gets plenty of column inches all the same

You want to read a decent autobiography? Try 'Bigger Than Hitler, Better Than Christ' by Rik Mayall. Now that's a book.

Several hundred pages of Morrissey whittering on about how racist he isn't and how much he got wood imagining he was Sandy Shaw as a youth does with excitement me fill.
