The Locust have announced details of their first new album in four years. The shy and retiring San Diegans will release the Alex Newport (Mars Volta) produced 'New Erections' on March 19th 2007.
The band say they've "charged things up" for the release, with one of 'em saying "We don't want to limit our art in any way, shape or form... We like the challenge of reaching those who would not naturally stumble upon us, or those who are not accepting of what we do."
Will it have song titles as good as 'The Half-Eaten Sausage Would Like To See You In His Office', though? Not sure, but you can watch the video here:
