PlayLouder's editing bastards have sent a team of intrepid reporters down to Glastonbury, and are consequently sitting in London gloating about being out of the rain and seeing the Mary Chain tonight. Heavy rain has caused a mudbath onsite, with plenty more to follow. The sun made a brief appearance during Amy Winehouse's surprisingly early afternoon set, but it quickly dumped down on the tattood singer shortly after.
Johnny Marr, now of Modest Mouse, got a very warm welcome from the ground, and exhorted them to "fuck the rain" and have a jolly good time.
More reports from Glastonbury as and when our intrepid scribblers are arsed/sober/dry enough to send them.
