Robbin Crosby, guitarist with 80's metal Gods Ratt, died, aged 41, last Thursday, June 6th, PlayLouder is sad to report.
Crosby, born Robbinson Lance Crosby, was suffering with the AIDS virus, after being diagnosed with HIV in 1994. Crosby blamed his condition on heroin use during his time with the band.
According to paramedics, the cause of death was initially determined to be a heart attack. Stephen Pearcy, Ratts frontam, posted the following statement online:
"Robbin was a sweet soul, great talent and he will be dearly missed. Rest in peace."
