Playlouder - Music is the Network

emily is right to be keen.
i went to the first one a couple of years ago, and as per my write up over on the old playlouder site (its still up on the ireallylovemusic site though i think), came away believing it to be one of the best festivals i'd ever been too.
and that included me taking wife/2 kids.
the location is just wonderful. quite idyllic.
i tried again last year, but word had spread, and subsequently i was left out in the cold.
may have to see what happens this year.

it's a shame when a festival gets too popular for its own good...

'Twill happen though 'twon't it? Look at Green Man now. Still - as long as it's at Larmertree it can only get SO big.

The ACTUAL Larmertree Festival is great too, but more for the face-painting / drum workshops and clay model making than the music. If you like that sort of stuff, that is.
