I bought this in addition to the Roadmap course. I wanted to buy a house but I also wanted to crunch the numbers. The spreadsheet in here is amazing. It blows other calculators away. The whole thing helps clarify where real estate fits into my plans and why. You can get the sheet for free actually, but getting the explination makes a big difference.
